INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The paid internship program is designed so that all students of our careers can apply for a work practice at partner companies to gain field experience.

OUR PROGRAM

CodyOps' internship program is designed so you can have a real work experience and gain practical experience in the field. Many learning platforms include at the end of the Course or Career an integrative practice (we do too) that serves the role of integrating all previously learned knowledge.

We also include it, in each of the Courses that make up our Careers and also at the end of the Career itself. But also, we believe that if the student demonstrated excellent aptitudes throughout the career, we can facilitate their first paid job.

For this reason, to apply to our program, the overall average of all courses must be equal to or greater than 9 (nine) points. Once the student meets the conditions to apply for the internship, they can contact their career coordinator to request it. Then, a recruiter will conduct an interview to evaluate the candidate's conditions.

CodyOps will evaluate the candidate in our network of partner companies in collaboration mode. The collaboration mode consists of offering the candidate at no cost to the company or to the intern, but with the company's collaboration in terms of follow-up and feedback. The list of partner companies where internships take place is not publicly available due to their privacy requirements.

The offer will be for a maximum of 6 months and up to 4 hours of daily work. Once the internship period ends, the intern will be required to have completed the career to continue working full-time. The intern may use the company as work experience with verifiable recommendations.

THE INTERNSHIPS

A paid work practice can be called by different terms in Latin American countries. Not only can its name change but also how it applies to work in companies. For this reason, we have started by giving the same definition that can be found on Wikipedia.

For CodyOps, an internship is a paid job where the person applying understands that the company for which they will work expects the intern to perform the work in the same way as their employees.

The intern will have, unlike the company's direct employees, a mentor with whom they can ask technical or procedural questions. In no case should the mentor do the intern's actual work.

After 6 months, the maximum time for an internship, the intern should have gained real work experience in the field to then continue working directly and without a mentor with the company or request references for another external job.

CodyOps internships are the only ones in the market that guarantee that what you learned in our careers is enough to start working in the job market.

THE WORK

The intern will work like any other employee of the company, fulfilling their obligations in order to achieve the company's objectives. For this, they will comply with the company's requirements, which include a minimum dedication of 4 hours per day for which they will receive adequate compensation. The compensation will be set after the interview with the recruiter.

The work will be done remotely (from your own home) and individually. During the internship, the company will not provide computers or any other component; the intern must use their own resources. The company must provide the access and accounts necessary for the normal development of the requested work. The payment of compensation will be made directly without CodyOps' intervention or commission.

The company reserves the right to propose their work requirements and eventually decide on the continuity of the intern's contract. Both CodyOps and the contracting company will make all necessary efforts to comply with the contract.
