Upon completing the career, we will grant you a Career Completion Certificate, according to the one you chose, with the total hours studied (this is approximate). The certificate will be signed by CodyOps and yourself to give it legal validity. We trust HelloSign to digitally sign our certificates to give them international value. Like university diplomas, our certificates have no expiration date. Yes, it is of course tied to the program which changes every year.
We create all study material based on official documentation for each product. Additionally, we add all our experience so the content is easily absorbed, with lots of practice so you can learn by doing and not just studying. Our courses have videos where you can see all the theory explained in your language by an Engineer.

Of course, you can pay for the career and start when you have available time. We only ask that you start within one year so that you don't see the career program with changes. The internship is applied for only once, no matter how many careers you do. They are also not cumulative in time.

All courses have a self-evaluation for each module and also a general evaluation per course. Additionally, we will assign you integrative practices that you must submit so we can see how you've integrated all previous knowledge.
Only if it's failed, you can request that we assign you a different evaluation so you can reassess your knowledge.
If you've only started the first course and you see it's not what you expected, you can assign your career to someone you know or request a refund. Refunds do not apply to special promotions.
Once the year is up, we will replace the courses with new material and you will no longer have access to the new ones.

The certificates issued for courses and careers have no maximum expiration date. However, we are continuously updating courses and careers, so it would be ideal for you to stay updated with new technologies.
(a) Course/career change: you can choose another course or career from our academic offering that suits your interests, paying the corresponding difference -if any-. (b) Transfer to another student: with this option you can transfer your course or career to a family member or friend of your choice. Transfers are only available for those who have completed less than 10% of the course or career. (c) Refund: if the previous options don't work for you, you can request a refund only if you've started the first course and within the first 7 days. Refunds cannot be requested if you purchased the course or career on promotion.
First we need to enable the new student at CodyOps and then we transfer all courses or careers to the new profile, disabling the original one. Only students who have completed less than 10% of the course or career can be transferred.
No, we don't have a prior exam but we do require that you have minimum knowledge of how to use a PC. We cannot help you if you have problems with your PC or connect remotely.

Even meeting the academic requirements, you must then undergo an interview with your future employer for the internship and you may not be selected if the employer doesn't see it as convenient.
The delivery of the Completion Certificate has an estimated time of 48 hours after completing the career.
The internship is subject to the availability of offers among partner companies, so it is not possible to select it.
